What You Need to Know Before You Arrive

SCTE® Cable-Tec Expo® is the largest and premier cable telecommunications and technology trade event in the Americas. There are plenty of activities to help you learn more about the latest industry developments, network with peers and engage with customers and prospects.

Registration

SCTE Cable-Tec Expo 2023 kicks off Monday October 16 – Thursday October 19, 2023. SCTE^® offers a variety of registration types at discounted rates. To ensure you receive the greatest discounts, become a SCTE member. You can join SCTE for just $105 USD.

Your Badge

Your badge is your ticket to the show; please make sure that it is visible at all times on the exhibit floor, in workshops and at all official SCTE Cable-Tec Expo events.

Justification Letter

There’s no shortage of reasons why the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo is a must-attend event for industry professionals, but if you’re required to show the value of your attendance, we have a justification letter with valuable information in a customizable format to get you started.

Attire

General business casual attire is acceptable and comfortable shoes are a must! Please keep in mind that meeting rooms can often be chilly so a sweater or jacket may be necessary. For any networking activities outside, please keep in mind the weather forecast for Denver.

Accommodations

SCTE is providing a variety of downtown Denver hotel options at discounted group rates through the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo room block. These discounted room rates are only available when booking through the official SCTE Cable-Tec Expo room block.

MCI USA is the official housing office for SCTE Cable-Tec Expo. SCTE has no affiliation with other room brokers. We have received several reports that wholesalers have been contacting exhibitors and attendees to book Denver hotel reservations and would like to remind our exhibitors and attendees that show management has no affiliations with any of these room brokers. The only company that is officially sanctioned and approved to book hotel rooms on behalf of exhibitors and attendees at the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo Housing office is MCI USA. Those who opt for alternatives to the SCTE preferred providers and negotiated rates as stated on this website may find themselves at risk.
