Do You Need an Invitation Letter?

SCTE encourages all visitors from outside the United States to contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate near your location to determine how to apply for a visa and to estimate the time required for visa issuance.

SCTE Cable-Tec Expo has no influence over the visa issuance process. Apply at least three (3) months prior to the show to avoid delays and disappointment. You may find the following websites to be helpful:

Attendees who require an invitation to visit the United States for the purpose of attending SCTE Cable-Tec Expo can download, complete, and print the Invitation Letter.

After you have completed the letter to include your personal information, please email it to expo@scte.org for authorized signature by the Society. Please note: Fax and mail invitations will NOT be processed—you must email your letter to expo@scte.org for signature.
