Where can I register for SCTE TechExpo26?
Registration will open on April 2, 2026.
What is the registration fee?
Attendee registration passes vary in price, offer different benefits, and increase incrementally as we get closer to the event. CableLabs members receive a complimentary Full Access pass with the use of their company email address.
How can I get a receipt for my registration?
Once we have received your payment a receipt will be included in your confirmation email. Questions can be directed to TechExpo registration at [email protected] for assistance.
I’m from a government agency. Is there a reduced registration rate for me?
Yes, we do offer a reduced rate based on qualifying criteria. Details will be available April 2, 2026.
When and where can I collect my badge on site?
All badge types can be picked up at the following dates and times from the registration area located in the Georgia World Congress Center.
Bring your ‘Fast Track’ email and photo ID. The email will be sent two weeks prior to the event and have a bar code to scan via print or mobile device to expedite your check-in process.

If I have a conflict and can’t travel to TechExpo, is my event pass refundable?
Registrations can be canceled, and a 50% refund made only if e-mail carries a transmittal time of no later than 11:59 pm (EDT) August 28, 2026. After this date, the full registration fee is non-refundable.
To transfer or cancel your registration, you must submit your request by email to TechExpo registration at [email protected].
Can I make updates to an existing registration or transfer a registration to someone else?
Yes, you can update or transfer your pass to another person. Passes are transferable to another person for up to two business days prior to the event. Please note complimentary passes are non-transferable.

What can I do if I lost my badge?
There is a $50 charge for a replacement badge. Proof of original purchase and photo ID is required. Once a replacement badge has been issued, we are unable to offer a refund even if the original badge is later found.
There is no charge to replace a badge that is torn or scuffed; however, a damaged badge must be relinquished to TechExpo registration desk at the time a replacement is requested.
How do I engage with other attendees prior to the event?
The SCTE TechExpo event app will be available to registered attendees approximately two weeks before the start of the event. In the app, you will be able to connect and schedule meetings with other attendees who have chosen to make their profile shareable.

Our event app will be made available to attendees approximately two weeks prior to the event. Details on how to download will be emailed to registered attendees.
I’m an Exhibitor, how do I register my staff?
Registration opens April 2, 2026. Your company’s administrator will receive an email with instructions to register any complimentary and/or discounted passes provided. Administrators can contact [email protected] for questions.
Does SCTE TechExpo sell attendee lists for the event?
No. We do NOT share or sell attendee contact data.
We have NOT authorized any company to contact you and highly recommend no one speak or reply to any organization claiming to sell the SCTE TechExpo attendee list.
We are aware of bad actors reaching out to event participants offering unsolicited attendee lists and purported discounted access to hotels. These offers are not endorsed by SCTE TechExpo and are fraudulent.

How does my company get information and pricing on becoming an exhibitor at this event?

How can my company learn more about available sponsorship opportunities?
Please email [email protected]. Sponsorships for SCTE TechExpo26 are only available to exhibiting companies and private meeting room holders.

The exhibit hall is located on the lower level of the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, GA.

*Move-in begins for 900 sq. ft+ and larger only Friday, September 25. For all booths under 900 sq. ft. move-in begins Saturday, September 26.
No heavy construction is permitted Monday morning. Exhibit area installation must be completed by 10:30 am on Monday, September 28.
Dismantle begins at 1:15 pm, Thursday, October 1. Any dismantling prior to this time is strictly prohibited.
Where can I access exhibitor resources, set up crew guidelines, and other essential information to assist with planning?

When can I schedule meetings to take place at my booth?
You may schedule meetings at your booth during exhibit floor hours. Exhibitors may request a set of early access passes to host meetings and tours in their booth before the show opens or after the exhibit floor closes, across SCTE TechExpo show days. Your Exhibitor badge will gain you entry, but your customers will be required to have a special tag to gain entry onto show floor, accompanied by a representative from your company. Requested early access passes will be available for pick-up by your company representative at registration, at the sponsor and Exhibitor desk.
- 100 sq ft to 400 sq ft = up to 5 passes
- 600 sq ft to 1000 sq ft = up to 10 passes
- 1200 sq ft to 2500 sq ft = up to 20 passes
Is there Wi-Fi available at TechExpo?
Complimentary shared event Wi-Fi will be available in the convention center’s general areas; details will be provided prior to the show.
Will I have access to a business center?
There is a FedEx Business Center located in the venue. Click here for more details.
Do you allow camera crews into my booth area?
Filming inside your booth is allowed, however, it must be contained to your booth. Exhibitors are not allowed to film other exhibit spaces without approval. Under no circumstances are tripods, lights and elaborate set-ups permitted in any public area.
Hotel Reservations
Where can I find information on hotel reservations?
Hotel reservation information and booking details for the SCTE TechExpo26 block will be available soon. MCI is the official booking agent for SCTE TechExpo26 housing, and booking confirmation emails will be sent directly from them. The booking links will be live starting Thursday, April 2.
How can I change an existing hotel reservation?
You can reach us via email at [email protected] or call 972-349-5431. MCI agents are available Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm CDT.
What do I do if I receive a solicitation from a third party to book a hotel room?
MCI is the official housing vendor for SCTE TechExpo. SCTE TechExpo has not authorized any other companies to reach out to attendees about hotel bookings. We strongly advise against sharing any personal or confidential information with any company other than MCI. To make hotel reservations, please book only through the SCTE TechExpo26 housing website.
How can I book a block of rooms for my team?
Attendees can reserve a block of rooms through the SCTE TechExpo26 housing website. Exhibitors should visit their SCTE TechExpo26 Exhibitor Hub to book their block of rooms.
Agenda and Speakers
How would I submit paper suggestion for SCTE TechExpo26?
Call for Content is open from February 18 – April 3, 2026. You can submit here. Once applications close, there will be no extensions.
I submitted a paper proposal and have not been notified if it was accepted, what should I do?
When you submit a proposal, you will receive an automated email with your proposal ID. If you received this, the Content Team has your proposal in hand and will be in contact. If not received, please check your junk folder or contact [email protected].
What should I do next if I am confirmed as a speaker for this event?
All confirmed speakers will receive an onboarding email with complete details for next steps. Any additional speaker logistic questions can be submitted to [email protected].
Where can I find the most current copy of the agenda?
The SCTE TechExpo agenda will be posted on our website during the first week of June and continuously updated until the event.
How do I receive peer reviewed white papers and presentations?
Attendees with a Full Access badge will receive an email a few days in advance of the event with instructions on how to access Peer Reviewed sessions’ white papers and presentations (PPT).
Will there be virtual streaming this year?
SCTE TechExpo26 is an in-person–only event. Only Headliner sessions will be live streamed. Selected sessions, along with all Headliners, will be available on-demand online after the event concludes.

When and where is the event this year?
SCTE TechExpo26 will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA, Sep 29-Oct 1.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Yes, the Georgia World Congress Center is accessible venue for all. Guide dogs are welcome in all areas. If you require further assistance, please contact [email protected].
Can I park my car at the venue?
There is parking near by the Georgia World Congress Center. You can book parking here.
What is the dress code?
Smart-casual or business attire is what most attendees wear. We’d also recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
What are the food options at the event?
Food is not included with your pass. Concession stands on the exhibition floor will be open for food purchases during the event.
Press, Analysts, and Speaker pass holders will have access to perpetual refreshments in their designated lounges.
What should I bring to the event?
Bring your photo ID, ‘Fast Track’ email with the QR code and a reusable water bottle as we will have water stations throughout the event venue to keep you hydrated.
Will there be a lost and found?
Yes. Lost items when found are turned into event registration. Please visit the Event Registration area to retrieve or report a lost item.

Can I bring my spouse/partner to the event?
Yes! If you have a Full Access Pass, you may register your spouse/partner for a fee of $50.
To add this to your registration, please email us here with your registration reference number (found in your confirmation email) along with your spouse/partner’s first name, last name, and email address.
This option is only available to a spouse/partner who is not employed by or affiliated with the broadband industry. It is intended solely as onsite support and/or to attend your speaking session. Show management reserves the right to cancel any spouse pass if it is not being used as intended.
