*Note: Expo is going Green! In an effort to protect our environment, the technical papers and presentations for the informative workshops presented during SCTE Cable-Tec Expo® 2008 will be available to you electronically before Expo and on disc onsite, rather than in the large printed book previously included in the Expo registration bags. Access to the papers and presentations will be available in early June, we encourage you to print ahead of time any materials that you might want to have on paper as you experience the insightful workshops that interest you. Several printer stations will be available onsite where, for a nominal fee, you will be able to meet any added printing needs while at Expo.

Policies
  • Telephone registration is not available, call 800-542-5040 if you need assistance.
  • You must register for housing separately.
  • Housing deadline is Friday, May 23.
  • Online registration will be open until Friday, June 13 at the pre-registration rate. After June 13, register at the on-site rate.
  • Registrations accompanied by SCTE membership dues payment are eligible for the member rate.
  • Sustaining membership qualifies only the individual named on the sustaining membership to register at the member rate.
  • You will receive confirmation of your registration from SCTE via e-mail.

Cancellations or Changes

  • No refunds will be given after Friday, June 6. All cancellations must be received in writing on or before Friday, June 6 and are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
  • Name substitutions must be received in writing by SCTE prior to Friday, June 13. After that date, substitutions must be processed on-site at the Registration Assistance Booth accompanied by a $25 processing fee and written company authorization.
