MEDIA AND PRESS INFORMATION

Media Registration
SCTE provides press badges to qualified members of the working media and to industry analysts whose attendance is likely to result in coverage of the SCTE meeting in the print or online media. To register as press please provide full contact information to press@scte.org. SCTE may request verification and/or credentials prior to approving your media registration.

SCTE is unable to issue press badges to individuals who are not actually reporting on the meeting. Exhibitors may not also register as press.

Media Room
SCTE's onsite media room provides reporters with computer and WiFi access, space to conduct interviews and/or hold meetings.

Exhibitors can drop off media kits and press releases for the media.

Exhibitor News Releases
Companies exhibiting at Cable-Tec Expo are welcome to submit news releases for posting to the Expo website. Companies should contact publications directly for editorial consideration. To submit a news release, send us your news in Word format. Companies submitting news must be a confirmed exhibitor.

Media Conferences at Expo
Exhibiting companies may conduct media conferences during Expo for members of the registered media and press. To schedule a media conference or to receive additional information, click here.

Publications Distributed at Expo

Publication Bins
Magazine bins for the distribution of industry related publications at Cable-Tec Expo are available for rental in the Cable Tec Expo official publication bin area within the Morial Convention Center. Click here to download the rental form.

New for 2010 is opportunity to distribute energy management related publications in the SCTE Green Pavilion. Interested parties can contact Heather Gosciniak at hgosciniak@scte.org for additional information. 

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to contact the publication(s) distributed during the show directly for the information on advertising deadlines and editorial submissions.
