It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to contact the publication(s) directly for information on advertising deadlines and editorial submissions. Two show dailies are distributed each day of the show and it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to contact each publication directly for advertising and editorial submission details.

SCTE Media Room at Expo
SCTE's on site media room provides reporters with computer and WiFi access, space to conduct interviews and/or hold meetings. Exhibitors can drop off media kits and press releases for the media.
Exhibitors can schedule a time to hold a media conference in the SCTE Media Room during the show. Conference times cannot conflict with scheduled Cable-Tec Expo events.

Media Registration
SCTE provides qualified members of the press and analysts with complimentary registrations for those who wish to cover SCTE's Cable-Tec Expo®.
To register as press or analyst, please contact Heather Gosciniak at 800-542-5040 or send an e-mail with full contact information to hgosciniak@scte.org. SCTE may request verification and/or credentials prior to approving your media registration.
