Contracts, completed and submitted with proper deposit, are assigned in date received order. Booths are generally assigned within 7-10 days of receipt. If the contract is incomplete or does not include the appropriate deposit, 75% prior to May 16, 2011 and/or total due after July 15, 2011, processing of the booth assignment will be delayed until all info is received. Once a booth has been assigned, the exhibitor will receive an electronic confirmation of their booth number. The virtual floor plan is updated daily and is the best resource for checking availability and recent booth assignments. View the floor plan
Exhibitor applications will be accepted through show opening, or until the show floor has sold out. Space is assigned on a first come, first served basis; show management strongly recommends application submission as soon as possible to maximize location options.
Contracts are received and processed daily; therefore, booth availability is constantly changing. The virtual floor plan includes the most current information for booth availability. However, SCTE cannot guarantee a booth shown as available on the virtual floor plan, will remain available at the time your contract is processed. SCTE encourages you to make (6) six booth selections, preferably in different areas of the show floor, in choice order. SCTE will not hold space without a completed contract and proper payment.
Exhibitor information will be included in the Exhibitor Forms package, available May 2011. Once contracted, you will receive your exhibitor login and password via e-mail so you can easily enter and manage your badges online.
These services are ordered via the Service Order Kit (SOK) provided by Freeman Decorating Company, the official general contractor for Cable-Tec Expo 2011. Contracted exhibitors will receive the SOK in August 2011.
For Cable-Tec Expo 2011, access to the show floor is through hall entrance B2. Registration is currently slated to be in front of Hall B2.
