Full Conference
Includes entry to opening general session, technical workshops, exhibit hall, Awards Luncheon, Expo Evening, International Cable-Tec Games, IP Challenge, arrival night reception, and the show bag and proceedings materials. Paid Expo full conference registrations will have the option to attend the pre-conference Digital Home Symposium for an additional registration fee of $50.

Note: We encourage you to print ahead of time any materials that you might want to have on paper as you experience the insightful workshops that interest you.

Floor Pass
Includes exhibit hall only. Paid floor passes entitle the individual to attend the pre-conference Digital Home Symposium for an additional registration fee of $215.

Spouse
Spouse registration option is available ONLY when accompanied by a paid Cable-Tec Expo Full Conference registration; includes entry to exhibit hall, Awards Luncheon, Expo Evening, International Cable-Tec Games, IP Challenge and arrival night reception.

Academic
Academic registration includes entry to opening general session, technical workshops, exhibit hall, Awards Luncheon, Expo Evening, International Cable-Tec Games, IP Challenge, arrival night reception, and the show bag, proceedings materials and the pre-conference Digital Home Symposium.

Academic registration is available for full time instructors at an accredited college or university. Online Academic registration is not available. Those wishing to register as Academic must contact Susan Parno at sparno@scte.org. Individuals requesting Academic registrations will be asked to submit proof of eligibility including: current ID that includes your name, the date and the name of the educational entity and status of full time employment or an official document such as the following:

• Institutional paycheck stub
• Letter on official letterhead from the registrar of the educational entity indicating current full - time employment.

Note: Any sensitive information such as pay amounts, grades, or social security numbers can be covered or crossed out.

SCTE may not issue Academic registrations to part-time instructors or students attending an accredited college or university.

Digital Home Pre-Conference Symposium

Attendees will be able to experience the symposium live in person at the Orange County Convention Center or live online as the event is taking place. For those unable to attend in person, the live online viewing option in audio and presentation slide format will deliver the day's events as the unfold onsite.

Digital Home Symposium registrations for live in-person attendance includes entry to the symposium and lunch on Tuesday, Oct. 16, as well as Symposium materials.

Symposium Only-Live Online
Digital Home Symposium registrations for live online attendance includes real-time access by audio and slide presentation to the Symposium on Tuesday, Oct. 16 and online Symposium materials.

Policies

• Telephone registration is not available, call 800-542-5040 if you need assistance.
• You must register for housing separately. Housing will be available shortly.
• Online registration will be open until Wed., Oct. 3 at the pre-registration rate. After Oct. 3, register at the on-site rate.
• Registrations accompanied by SCTE membership dues payment are eligible for the member rate discount.
• Expo Partner membership qualifies only the individual named on the Expo Partner membership to register at the member rate.
• You will receive confirmation of your registration form SCTE via e-mail.

Cancellations and Changes

• No refund will be given after Friday., Sept. 28, 2012. All cancellations must be received in writing on or before Sept. 28, 2012 and are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
• Name substitutions must be received in writing by SCTE prior to Oct. 3, 2012. After that date, substitutions must be processed on-site at the Registration Assistance Booth accompanied by $25 processing fee and written company authorization.
